You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal Account to check out, no charges are required.

Once you have placed (HKD$200 or above packs) and paid for the order, we will arrange the delivery by SF Express within 2 working days (We will pay for the delivery charge).

If you purchase is less than HK$200, you may choose:

(1) SF Express ($30) when checkout, or

(2) self-pickup in Tsuen Wan warehouse

Once you place an order, we will delivery the goods by HK Post-Smart Post service within 3 working days

Generally you may receive the parcel by 1 working day after our delivery.

We always strive to ensure customer satisfaction, we accept return for the following reasons:

    1. Damage or Defective Products
    2. There is a discrepancy between a received product and what was stated in the original order (including but not limited to product size and color).

Please contact us within 7 days counting from the day after the order arrives at the recipient’s address. We are willing to exchange the products, and pay for the delivery costs (return and resend cost).

Due to the nature of different monitor settings and lighting problems, certain colors may appear slightly different in tone to their true coloring. We do not accept product return for color mismatch reason.

Any minor color difference varies from the product photos may be due to the lighting for photo shooting, the resolution of display monitor or personal perception is treated as normal conditions but not a quality issue, we are sorry that we do not accept the return.

Should any dispute arise, the decision of Earth Rich Industries Limited shall be final.
